- BSBianca SeegerSep 29, 20265.0Kadean is so great! She was funny & made the process not boring. Also told us what our car needed & got us right. I could tell she knew what she was doing & made sure it was done right. You won’t be disappointed here!
- ADApril D.Sep 27, 20265.0Working with KC was such a pleasure! I was informed and educated on what my car needed. I didn’t feel hassled or that I was being misled.
- ASandrew simmonsSep 26, 20261.0Went to get an oil change. I sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before someone came to talk to me. Once inside the girl never asked what kind of oil change I wanted. I had a coupon for $59 for a high mileage which was $20 off normal price. It took 58 minutes for me to get a 10 minute oil change. And they charged me $120 when I had a coupon when I asked why they responded with I needed 2 more quarts of oil. I know that 2 quarts does not equal that kind of difference. I have reached out multiple times and have not gotten any response back. Very disappointed in this location.
- BDBrandy DavisSep 17, 20265.0Went to get an oil change bright an early this morning. My technician was KC…10/10 recommend. KC is very knowledgeable and shared some great insights with me regarding car maintenance. Service was great, fast, and even came with some laughs. Y’all go check her out!
- CHC HaginsSep 15, 20261.0Couldn't figure out why my SUV suddenly started running hot after having my oil changed at this location. Keep in mind my car is a 2023 and has less than 17,000 original miles on it. Tried to call the manager but was placed on hold and no one ever picked up. I did notice my technician constantly texting on her phone while working on my car but didn't think much of it. I barely drive anywhere so for it to run hot had me confused. I lifted the hood and immediately saw the cap to the reservoir sitting on top of my battery box...smh. Do better! I paid $106 for an oil change that almost cost me my engine!
