- VRVictoria Rickards1 day ago5.0I normally don’t write reviews but I absolutely had to. I spoke with KC yesterday. I went in for an alignment and oil change however I informed them that my car has been leaking oil. She suggested I do the test to see where it’s coming from which we did and we were able to find the source. She also told me about my engine needing a fuel cleaning which no other express warned me of. I came in the following day to go ahead and fix the axel on my car and oil pan. They were so kind to me and informed me when it would be finished. They treated me very well and made me feel like a human not a dumb girl with a car. They explained it to me and worked with me and for that I’ll be loyal to them!

Couldn't find his records, did the oil change and ended up charging me $111 w/ the "coupon" over $30 more than he spends. Said a part was broken and would need to be replaced for $500. My husband bought the part on mopar for $25. Truly one of those moments as a women where you can't believe this happens still in this day in age. Made you feel the moment was urgent and it was not. Will not be returning.
