- AMAshley Miller5 days ago1.0Worst customer service. First when we picked up the car, they turned us around because they didn’t have any cars but we had a reservation through insurance. Came back three hours later to get first available. Then we have been calling me 4 days now to see if we need to extend the reservation and no one is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous. First the customer service in person was terrible and now no one can seem to answer the phone. We are having to drive 40 mins out of our way in order to speak to someone. Insanity. Do not go here.

The supervisor himself was awesome with helping everyone out due to people coming to reserve vehicles for trips.

I was told that they didn't have a Jeep but would have some type of SVU available when i called to confirm. 30 minutes before time a schedule to pick up the rental I got a call saying they didn't have any svu rent and I can get a car or wait. I told them I had to be on the road by 10 said cant help you with that just wait or cancel reservation
