  This location provides excellent customer service! They are pleasant and helpful. Renting a car is overwhelming but they made the process easy and less daunting. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was so sweet, and helpful. Got transferred from Caliber Collision by Phil. He was professional and friendly. I was then greeted by office staff that did not disappoint. Overall, great experience!

  I had reserved a rental car from Enterprise through Geico insurance. This was set up 6 days ago. They were to pick me up at The body shop.... They had to be called because they haven't picked me up at the appointed time. They were 45 minutes late.... I get to Enterprise and they tell me they don't have a car available for me at that time, but I can get a van for the day.... I don't need a van... I need the car they promised ... A RAV4 or similar.... They gave me a ride home saying they will call me by the end of the day to get me a car... It's 7:20 p.m. and they're closed... I did call them and was put on indefinite hold.... So now I'm without a vehicle.... Thank you Enterprise ....

  This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Every time I called to set up the appointment and confirm details I waited for no less than 45 minutes. After the details were confirmed I was told to call the location when I was on the way to the body shop and I would be picked up. From the time I call to the time I go picked up was almost an hour, waiting for 45 minutes after the body shop was done with the intake of the vehicle. Then when we got to enterprise location for me to pick up my rental vehicle I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the vehicle cleaned and ready. During my wait I observed why this business is run so poorly. The only person working was a young women, and she was very kind and helped me get what I needed, but everyone else was goofing off and walking around not doing any work. Looking at the phones ring and not bothering to answer them at all just placing customers on hold. The young women had to act like a mother and tell grown men to go do their job.

  I book a reservation 3 months in advance of my trip for a premium SUV!! I received a call two days before pickup confirming my reservation only to get there with no SUV available. The SUV that I reserved was on the lot but rented to someone else even though I had a reservation. The manager was no help whatsoever! Emailed the district manager for a phone call which the district manager never called. The manager refuse to call her! Called customer service who told me two other stores had SUV only to get there and they had nothing. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM they will ruin your trip and never call you back! In addition I submitted an escalation with customer service and again no call back!
