Didn't mind waiting for my car after I saw how she handled a difficult customer. Micheal was very informative/thorough when showing me around the car . I need to confirm someone will pick me up from the auto body shop, but it’s impossible to speak with anyone at this Two Notch location. Unbelievable, and this is who I chose through my insurance company!
