  Just left there today & the young lady at the front today was very polite and courteous. Very professional as well. She handled my Grandmother's and I business very well. She makes us want to come there for all our rental needs.

  manger had an awful attitude, rude, she had no manners at all! The place smelled awful, like burning garbage. Office was absolutely filthy. Vehicle was filthy and smelled awful as well. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Upon arrival, my vehicle was not ready on time, the gas tank had less than half a tank, the vehicle could have been cleaned much better than the poor way that it was. The change oil light was on the whole way and since the windshield was dirty some wiper fluid would have been nice. The key fob died on me and would not crank and no one at the store would answer my call after 2 hours on hold, the 1-800 number was of no help and roadside assistance wanted to charge me because the fob was dead which was not my fault. Upon arrival of taking it back I was told they were busy, which on a holiday weekend I blame management for insufficient staffing. It was ridiculous, I normally rent from Alamo and have none of these issues, I did this because it was more convenient pick up but that turned out to not be true since they do not have the contactless delivery that Alamo offers and it took over an hour for pick up and over an hour for drop off.

  After 2 days of delays, keyless reservations, Keke at 320 Greystone Blvd HAD HER SHOES OFF and her feet up trying to tell me she's the manager. The other assistant manager, with her shoes on, Miriam actually helped us. The experience was a disaster. Everyone saying it's "so busy" yet everyone was sitting down. Old boy had a first down jacket on like it was 20 degrees out. There was a JBL speaker on the front of the desk having a great time with the new rap songs. It was 2 days of trying to get a rental and nothing beat KEKE eating chips with her dogs out telling me to be calm. The nerve

  I was in a tough spot and Kenzie and Kiara were extremely professional and tried their best to help my situation. Their flexibility and patience really got me out of a tight spot and I'd definitely recommend working with this specific location. The rest of the crew was very nice and friendly as well!
