  I’ve picked up and dropped off multiple times from this location recently. Each time was smooth and efficient. The location was very busy, but the customer service was great!

  Lack of communication, made a reservation went to pick up , no car available, they didn’t call me a head of time to notify me no car available. They waste my time hade to cancel my trip because of them .

  Wish I can do less than 1 star! Car was not ready when I arrived. Gas is not at full tank! And it’s dirty! Cup holders have sticky residue, not properly cleaned out. Long wait to get your vehicle. They do not go by the 24hr billing period. If you can, go to the Harbison location. 5/5 for that location.

  I am highly upset about my rental car. I got on Greystone. The car is dirty bird stuff all in the window shield white stuff all in the car fingerprints all in the car. This is very unacceptable but I needed a vehicle marks all on the car in the front back. This is very unacceptable. Usually when I rent from enterprise on Greystone, they give me a good car but this car right here is not.

  Here’s a warm, positive review you could post: I can’t say enough good things about my car-buying experience! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Alonzo was absolutely fabulous to work with, he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The whole team went above and beyond to make this a great experience.
