  Trevor Adams was the gentleman who helped me with rental needs. I was very impressed with the way my rental experience went. Because Mr.Adams professionalism i will continue my rental needs through Enterprise in Harbison location.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Enterprise location. Every time I call, it’s the same employee, Trevor, answering the phone. During one call, he told me I had the wrong location and needed to contact another branch. He asked for my name, and as soon as I gave it to him, he hung up on me. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and either no one answers or my calls are ignored. I was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. Being transferred elsewhere, having calls go unanswered, and being treated rudely is completely unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when customers are trying to resolve an issue. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and I expected much better from Enterprise. I hope management addresses these concerns because no customer should be treated this way.

  Best in class. Unsurpassable client service. So professional and accommodating to my request each time every time. That’s why I choose them over all others while going through Costco. Well done. Keep it up.
