  Rented a car online it was quick easy and convenient. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

  I rented a vehicle in SC, but had to exchange for another in NJ. Frank at the Hillsborough, NJ location is the MVP of customer service. He and his detail guys made sure we received a suitable vehicle to complete our trip. I highly recommend that location in particular.

  This enterprise is not very organized when coming to scheduling vehicles. I have issues of renting a certain size and getting there and they don’t have it. Many times ppl are waiting for a rental to become available. Like how can someone rent a vehicle that is not available? Then my parents came out of town and I rented a car for them. When they came they were told to have a credit card to rent. They have a debit visa and I never used a credit card to rent from there. So they had to catch a uber back to my place and now they are without transportation. They even asked if they used my credit card could they then rent and they said no. Ppl over the phone have told me several answers on what they needed and it seems like someone don’t know the process. This is so unprofessional

  Enterprise has become the absolute worst to rent a car from.Mind you I book my rental a month in advance for this simple reason. When I get to the location NO sprinter van was in sight.I got there and was told they don't have NO 15 passengers available. The worker then called around to other locations but they didn't have any available either. From them pushing my pick up time back an hour then had to wait and additional hour for a rental to become available. Then was given a van that needed and alignment and god knows what else.Thank god none of us went to go meet our maker driving in something as such.
