First time we selected a truck because we specifically needed a truck and they didn’t have one… second time the website allowed me to schedule a 5pm pickup but when I arrived at 5pm they were closed. Employee was still there but she told me they were closed and wouldn’t rent me the car. Why say you have a truck and offer 5pm as a scheduled pickup time if you can’t follow through?? Will not be using this location again.
