  The truck offered smelled completely like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. Tried to swap for another vehicle but no other options was available. Extremely short staffed at this location. Not anything like I am accustomed to when I've rented from local agencies.

  A representative from Enterprise picked me up at the repair shop and I was also able to leave the rental at the shop once I picked up my car after repairs. The process was fast, smooth and convenient!

  Be aware of this place.. had a appointment to drop my truck off at the collision shop at 3.. had a rental schedule at 3... some reason I was told me appointment was at 12...and they rented the vehicle that was scheduled for me,because i didn't show up at 12. That's BS... why would I schedule for 12 and I didn't drop my truck off until 3.

  Had to wait for my car when I got there. They were so busy. But service was efficient and I will rent there again. Good customer service.

  I reserved a full size SUV for a 3pm pickup over a week before the set pick up date. I arrived a little after 3 & was told my vehicle wasn’t available . I was instead offered a small suv. When I asked what other vehicles (mini van, pick up , etc.) were available I was told none. How is it possible I was able to reserve a vehicle but then it not be available. On top of that I was told I needed another form of identification on top of my license to rent & had to go all the way home to get my passport. Due to these issues my entire pre planned trip was affected. I have rented with enterprise for years & never had an issue. I do not recommend this location at all.
