  Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a reservation with Enterprise, but when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was told there were no vehicles available. I was then directed to check with other locations, and after contacting 10 different Enterprise locations, there were still no cars available. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication. I was told that someone would contact me regarding the situation, but I never received a call back from anyone. I had to take it upon myself to contact Enterprise Corporate before I was finally able to get someone to address the issue and tell me there was a waiting list in my area. What is the point of making a reservation if Enterprise cannot honor it or ensure that a vehicle will actually be available? I understand that availability can change, but having a confirmed reservation, being unable to get a vehicle at 10 different locations, and then having to chase down corporate for assistance is extremely disappointing. Enterprise needs to do a much better job with reservation management, communication, and customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly call around and escalate an issue just to get someone to respond. This experience was extremely disappointing, and after everything I went through, I will never want to use Enterprise again.

  Paying extra for a mid size car and to end up with a sports coupe is not mid size to me. Was more like an economy car to me. At another car rental place it would be a standard or economy size that I received. Does not seem too concerned with the customer, just number of vehicles that they are renting.

  I have rented cars from Enterprise around 150+ days out of the year all over the country for 30 years. Most branches are great and provide great customer service. This location is by far the worst I have dealt with. They never answer their phones especially if you have an issue with their vehicles and they know you're calling. Last month I went to get a large van I had reserved for the month. They said they cleaned it but couldn't get it clean because of the condition it was in (it was trashed), I needed the vehicle on that Saturday so I got it but they said I could trade it I out on Monday. Monday they said they didn't have another. So I said I would deal with it, they said they would have one that Friday. Friday I called and they still didn't have one. Again they said they would have it over the weekend. They didn't. They called me once over the month to update date me that they didn't have one. I tried calling many times throughout the month. Every time they didn't answer I would sit on hold for 10-20 minutes multiple times in a row. Sometimes they would answer and I could hear them talking and then they would quickly hang up. Other times it just says they cannot connect after being on hold for 10-20 minutes. Im sure they've seen my # and are just dodging my calls. This week I decided to give them another shot. I rented a 15 passenger van online on Thursday afternoon for Saturday pick up. Saturday morning they call me and tell me they didn't have any vans. Gave some excuses about checking for those rentals on Mondays?!? They should have seen this on Friday at least. They said they would have one on Monday. We will see. I tried calling back to get a different vehicle to use until Monday. Been on hold now for an hour now. First call disconnected after 15 min. Still waiting on the line now but they close in 10 min. Just staying on to see if they answer. I would definitely avoid this location if you can help it. If you have any issues they will not help you. I've used other locations in Columbia and not had any of these issues. They are all very busy and I've always given them a break because of that. This one just doesn't seem to care. Branch closed. Never answered.
