However, my only concern was the registration sticker on the vehicle license plate was expired, but I called to express my concern I was assured the registration was up to date and sometimes the vehicle doesn't make it to the original location for proper placement. I was also offered the option to switch out the vehicle at any Enterprise rental car company and assured any potential citations would be the sole responsibility of Enterprise. Excellent service.

The office manager explained the cause of the discrepancy and accommodated me with the type of vehicle I needed. I also received good customer service from the agent initially handling the situation. Both company agents turned what could have been a negative experience, into a positive experience.

There were old french fries and stains on the seat as well as the car being on under a tank Which is an inconvenience.I asked before I came because it was around Labor Day if they have vehicles available, they said no they told me to come after Labor Day. I came after Labor Day and they still didn’t have cars available, but it was a whole lot of cars that needed to be cleaned, they could’ve let me choose from that instead they didn’t.
