  I called trying to get info about a residential, whole home generator. I got stuck in an endless phone tree loop. I completely understand the complaint about no one answering the phone. I usually hear good things about Cummins; I guess they don't care much about customer service.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris and Wayne at the Cummins in Columbia SC. Our RV was not running correctly and we pulled in on a Thursday and they had a full house of RVs/trucks to fix. Chris was able to squeeze in some time to put some filters in our RV and we were on out way Friday afternoon. We very much appreciated their help. Thanks so much!
