  Just finished another great experience with our vehicle maintenance at Cartelli. We found our car wouldn’t start consistently and needed to have it in good working order by the next afternoon, so we called Cartelli’s and they told us to bring it in ASAP. They weren’t sure they could get it taken care of that afternoon, but they would be able to get it diagnosed the next morning to determine next steps for repair; however, we received a call late that afternoon telling us they had found and fixed the problem! They let us pick the car up just after closing time, plus they recommended what we could do to prevent a recurrence. They really bailed us out of a tight situation. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND THEY CARE!

  I recently moved to South Carolina from Long Island and my Dad used to handle the maintenance on my vehicle. My mom found Cartelli’s and the manager Chris was nothing but kind and helpful. I genuinely have not received better service than Cartelli’s. I will continue to bring my vehicles here in the future.

  I don't normally give reviews, but I had such outstanding customer service last week from the team at Cartelli Automotive, that I had to give one and it's no less than five stars! From the mechanics in the bay to Rich in the office, everyone was courteous and professional. A team of car enthusiasts that truly care about their work! I've been going to this location for 20 years and they've never let me down! Plus, the costs have always remained reasonable. You can tell Austin, the owner, takes great pride in the quality of work done and he is tireless in making sure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. I felt my "vintage" Honda CRV, was in great hands and taken care of as if she was the latest model. And now, after the necessary repairs, she's driving better than ever! 😊 I highly recommend them, because as a retiree, I feel I can trust these guys to let me know what is needed to keep my car running safely and that is invaluable.
