  Cartelli Automotive is amazing! My battery and alternator went out and the team was able to get everything diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. They were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process. 5 stars- Highly recommend!

  Awesome customer service. They really care about their customers, are kind, quick with the work, great at communicating, and good at what they do. Austin the owner really cares about building good relationships with his customers, and I always feel like he tries his best for us. We appreciate him and the rest of his team.

  Professional, accommodating and honest. Couldn’t have asked for more. **EDIT** AC work should come with bear spray. I took a short trip and the AC was rippin cold. I stopped for 7 mins and ran back to the truck and there was a polar bear in the back of my truck…

  I had front suspension work done on my Kia Sorrento SUV.   I’m difficult to please and don’t trust most dealerships or auto repair shops. I do almost all of my own repairs but I also know my limitations. One of my vehicles has 460 K miles on it and I’ve done 95% of the repairs and maintenance on it. It’s not my oldest vehicle either. I say this to demonstrate that I have some basic knowledge of automobile repairs, basic being the operative word. My stepson had an oil leak and he took his car to Cartelli to fix it. They basically repaired every oil leak from the front main seal to valve covers, the timing belt cover to the VVT seal. We noticed oil continuing to leak and it even got progressively worse. He took it back and they did something else and told him it was fixed. I wasn’t involved with these transactions at all. A couple of months go by and it’s continually leaking oil. My stepson wasn’t sure of the repairs that had been done or who did them. He couldn’t find a receipt ether. Finally, tired of seeing oil on my driveway, I asked him how much oil was leaking. He told me close to a quart a day. I decided to locate the shop and see if they would do anything about it, fully expecting them to tell me it was out of warranty. I look up the repair on CarFax. Once I identified the shop, I called and Chris told me to bring the vehicle up there and they’d take a look at it. A few hours later, Chris called and the car was ready. I expected there to be some “other issue” that would cost more money but I was wrong. He was thorough in his explanation of the issue and the repair was covered under warranty. I was very impressed with how Chris handled the situation and I would highly recommend them for your auto repairs. Trust is not easy to earn but I trust Chris and his shop to do the right thing by their clients. I can’t say that about any other repair shop in the midlands area.
