  My family has been going here since it was Hilliard and even though we’re a bit outside of the Irmo area now, this is still our go-to! Definitely the most trustworthy auto repair place I’ve tried, and the staff is always very friendly!

  Great, great service and communications. We had been a customer at Hillard's for many many years and her hesitant with the transition. That never became an issue. This folks are both professional, investigative and excellent communicators. We plan on keeping them and making recommendations to others as well.

  Exceptional service from start to finish! ​I recently brought my 2017 Cadillac XT5 to Cartelli Automotive to get the front cover gasket repaired, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work.   I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to because the service here was so incredible! They were able perform an inspection on short notice, gave helpful advice, and were friendly and professional.
