My car battery had died across the street at the Walgreens and they were so kind to come over to the Walgreens to install it for me after being told from a competitor that they would not install for me. Im very grateful for the store manager I didnt catch her name but most grateful for Jose who ultimately did all the hard work. Thanks a bunches!

Am not the biggest car guy, and my back blinker went out, when I went in this guy name Brandon knight came over with big smile and helped me with my issues. He solved everything professionally, and tolk time he didn't need to spend to help me out. This is now my go to store. Store 414. This guy deserves a raise.

This was the second time I’ve dealt with her, and both times she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. While also being rude to the older gentleman she was working with. It’s especially disappointing because I usually get my parts from here. After this interaction, I went to O’Reilly’s across the street, where the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When I mentioned a rude experience elsewhere, they immediately said, “Oh, you must have come from across the street.” I won’t be returning, but I would like to add that Brandon has always been helpful & kind, along with most of the other employees.
