Kim, one of the store managers, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than simply getting through a transaction. That kind of service is becoming increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Desmond also helped me and was equally friendly and helpful. It’s clear that great customer service isn’t just coming from one person at this location—it’s part of the culture. I’ve had consistently great experiences at this store, and today was another reminder of why I keep coming back. Kim and Desmond, thank you both.
