  I was looking for a little spring for my brakes before I went to Autozone and bought a new kit for one spring and he gave me what I needed that was leftover from a brake job. Thanks for saving me 20 dollars. I also had a brake job done on another vehicle a while back and they did an awesome job. They work great and they were quick. I will take my vehicles there from now on.

  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tire, and I especially want to recognize the amazing ladies working in the office. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the services being provided, and answered every question and concern I had without making me feel rushed or brushed off. It’s honestly rare these days to find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely caring, but they were exactly that. Their customer service made the entire experience stress-free and comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you all for going above and beyond I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

  I arrived as an educated consumer seeking baseline pricing for specific repairs. The refusal to acknowledge the information I provided suggests either a lack of technical knowledge regarding standard labor hour estimates or an assumption that, as a woman, I am uninformed. To clarify: I am not inquiring about the timeline, but rather the industry-standard labor hours that dictate the baseline cost. I expect my research to be respected rather than dismissed. Maybe I'll bring my husband when I come back and get a different outcome.

  Today I was helped with my tire pressure light by two lovely ladies, and they provided exceptional service. Something that seems so irrelevant and small they made it their top priority Which I could appreciate a lot. Because as a woman you tend to get lied to a lot of these kinds of businesses, but the way I was treated Cannot be topped by any dealership or other shop. And they did not charge me. Which I offered to tip, but they would not accept that either. So pleased to Experience this kind of service.

  Love the individual I talked to that booked the appointment and gave me the quote for the service/tire price as well as 45 minute to 60 minute timeframe for three tires to be changed with an appointment. I get there and they tell me it’ll be 60-90 hour despite having an appointment. I come back at 75 minutes and was told it would be another 30 minutes by another employee as well as the manager is on lunch. After leaving without a vehicle, they called me back 98 mins later and say I can now come back again it’s ready. I expressed my concern about the timing only to be told by the manager(Nathalie @ the Lake Wylie location) that she wasn’t the one who told me that timeframe and we have a video of you walking in at 1pm…which ironically proves my point about three tires to be changed with an appointment in under 2 hrs and the fact I had walked 15 minutes over to the location before she got back from lunch. Upon returning and paying, she was dismissive of my concerns, which continued to frustrate me. I had planned to ask Mavis about replacing all four my wife’s 4 tires and an oil change (probably at about $600-$700 which apparently seems it would have taken at least 3 hrs to complete), but that won’t be happening now because of that manager. I hope corporate understands that this type of behavior is not appropriate especially in a small town that is growing fast and has multiple other options…either way, they’ve lost my business (at least for the foreseeable future). It’s just sad when there are basically 5 tire places within a mile…good luck with the current approach and management!
