  Cheyenne! A++ we arrived to tense situation to say the least. Had Cheyenne not been there and remained so calm I probably would have just turned around and left. But with her help we got my vehicle set up for repair and tires with a quick turn around at a fair price - hundreds below our dealer and faster. No doubt the back end team was efficient. I’ve done business with Mavis before but this was nearly the end — instead Cheyenne saved the day for Mavis and I. Could not be more grateful. Also worth noting it sounds like the chaos that I walked into has been solved quickly.

  We bring our two Volvos to Mavis and they have always done an excellent job consulting on slow leak tire punches and helping us to replace tires when needed. Free air is a huge plus as well!

  Cheyenne provided excellent customer service! I came in on a Friday just before closing because I had a nail in my tire and needed a replacement. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated the help, especially so close to closing time. Great experience and I highly recommend them!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  had a great experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Cheyenne and Ralph. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a good understanding of what was going on with my vehicle. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of just making a sale. Cheyenne was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process feel easy. Ralph was knowledgeable and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s clear they both care about their customers and the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend this Mavis location — great people, great service, and a team that actually cares!

  Worst experience ever! I was sent to this store from fort mill Mavis. I was instructed to drop my car off over the weekend and to call and talk to the mechanic that following Monday. When I called Monday I was greeted by some of the rudest people I have ever met! They were upset at me for calling to check on my vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic to inform him of the findings at the previous store to help narrow down the diagnosis. I was told that the mechanic does not speak to customers. When I called back several hours later to check on my vehicle diagnosis. I was screamed at, cursed at, embarrassed, belittled, and threatened by the store manager Ralph. He threatened to put a broken piece on my vehicle because he could not control his emotions. I never spoke to anyone involved with hostility, I remained kind and polite and I was greeted with such disgusting mannerisms. They also refused to work on my vehicle after repairing the wrong part. I just had a baby and the store manager Ralph was willing to send me down the road with a broken part on my car with my baby in the car. This behavior is erratic and dangerous. The area manager credited my repair towards my next. But no one should have to experience the treatment that I did. Something could have seriously happened to me and my baby, and these people would not care!! They also tried to overcharge me and invalidate my warranty on my alignment to be petty. After I told them I had warranty on my alignment.
