Since I was familar with Grease Monkey in Charlotte, I was able to pull in at this location not far from where I was. Not only did Walter and his team find the problem, but they removed the issue at no cost for me! I was so stressed of what was required to fix it, that I was super relieved afterwards. Thanks to everyone here at the Chesnee store!

Then I saw the sign saying "Brakes" and turned around and pulled in. They were able to do front rotors and pads in a reasonably quick time frame, for a reasonable price. They were super nice to deal with, and they absolutely saved our trip!!!
- AAabbs_4739Jun 1, 20261.0I don't usually leave reviews. They are a waste of time to me. But I got my oil changed about 2 months ago. The service was great, but they messed it up. I broke down on one of the most dangerous interstates in america: I-85. Come to find out my car was running on no oil. No maintenance light and no leaks. Not sure how that happens, but please, if you don't know how to change oil don't work at a maintenance place. There are steps I could've taken to prevent the breakdown, but I trusted in their services more than I should have. I don't understand how that happens unless they just forgot to put new oil in? I know my car would not have lasted 2 months on no oil. Regardless that was very frustrating and I hope nobody else has to experience that.
