This is continuing from my wife Phyllis Bishop. I asked him if I was rude to him and he wouldn't respond probably due to being so scared of her. I told the manager fine I'll take it to someone else and asked her to jump my car off. She got even ruder, she started yelling at me 'get off my property, get out of my face, your trespassing, I refuse to help you!' To top it off it was her car parked beside mine on the battery side. Then a car pulled up and she rolled her window down and asked if I needed help, I said yes can you please jump my car off? She said yes. I proceeded to go ask her to move her car (she was at a friend's car) she started yelling at me again 'Can't you see I'm busy with my friends, get out of my face, no I won't move my car that's your problem, get off my property, I'm going to call 911 on you'. I went back to my car and said to my husband we have no choice but to push it backwards and asked Kathy to move her car on the other side behind the managers and see if we can reach the batteries. During this time I saw an associate come out of the store with gallons of something and putting it into the friend's truck. While getting the batteries hooked up the manager came flying out the door jumped in her car and backed up almost hitting my husband. He shouted stop. She came within a cat's hair of hitting my husband and then proceeded to pull up and back to move her vehicle almost hitting Kathy's car within inches. I got my car started and thanked Kathy and wished her good luck with her adventure here. I left so flustrated not understanding just what did I do to make this manager be so hateful to me and threatening me, I still have no idea! She doesn't deserve to work with the public and needs anger management classes! I should sue her for false accusations and threatening me and still may!

I had a flat tire in the parking lot and they offered no help with pumping it. Which was no problem. I called my sister to take me home and bring me back with my air compressor to pump my tire up. There was another couple there with a dead battery who had evidently with a woman employee so they weren't helping them with a jump. My sister was trying to help them but the employees car was in the way and she was refusing to move it in 95° temperature. The couple pushed their car back so my sister could park behind the employees car to give the couple a jump start. The employee then comes out of the store and starts to move her car, she almost hit the man as he was in front of my sister's car attaching the jumper cables. She was coming close to hitting my car and my sisters car. We didn't speak a word to her during the shenanigans yet she called the cops and had my sister trespassed. The couple were already gone before the cops got there and the woman told him that my sister was with them when in fact we had never met the couple. The woman blatantly lied because she was outside smoking when my sister picked me up and brought me back. I think she was so angry about whatever happened with the couple that she was trying to prevent my sister from helping them and had everyone trespassed except for me. I was left alone in the heat with no way to call anyone else and no way to leave. My sister had to call someone else to come help me. We are 65 and 68 years old and were just attempting to help ourselves and the other couple. This happened Saturday, August 15th and I will be calling the corporate office to complain about the unnecessary trespass against my sister and insist that the camera footage be shown as proof that we had no contact or words with the disgruntled employee and that she had no reason to be trying to move her car as we had the situation under control. I feel like she was trying to cause trouble and had probably called the cops before she came out to hinder us. We ignored her except for myself. I did get pictures and I did post on the local Facebook page about how out of control she was.

My boyfriend and I went in to return a part and see if they could clear the codes on my car. The employee was super short with us after he found out that we wanted to return a part that wasn't even for my car. In the middle of helping us, the phone rang. He went to answer it and stayed on the phone with them instead of finishing helping us. I'm not quite sure of his name, but he was a taller, older guy who had on a shirt that could have been a manager's shirt. I'm not quite sure how they've gotten awards for customer satisfaction with that guy working there. The younger guy who helped us after he finished with his customers was a much better experience.
