  Terrible, booked a car after we had a bad accident. I was able to book a full size car the evening of the wreck. We had to stay the night in Cheraw. I woke up the next morning and was getting ready to walk down to enterprise. I decided to call first. They finally answered and I asked about my reservation. He said we don't have anything and to call later. I called back again and said he still has nothing. He said he would call me when something came in. I asked if something was coming in and he said he didn't know. How do you not know if a car is coming. This location is absolutely terrible with customer service. Definitely don't recommend. I was also told the area manager would call me. That never happened either.
