  I was given a car with cracker windshield,before tired and engine oil light on and service emergency calling on dashboard. I asked for a different car the same day and everyday afterwards to only be told when someone brings in a car they would call which they never did. I called left complaint told it would be escalated to higher management and they would call me of course no call. I took pictures and called my insurance company as well. Keep in mind its been raining all week and with these baf tires I can't even do the speed limit because tire traction bad. Ive been constantly calling asked to change out this cat into a different car still gey dlsame excuse they don't have anything but yey a close person I know went and got a car from them. So to be lied to and dealing with bad service bothers me a lot as much as we used enterprise to rent cars from this has been by far the worst experience I ever had from them. I'd tell anyone.

  I reserved a Jeep ahead of time and the morning of the pick up I was called and told that the Jeep was not available because they don't have one. Dalton was able to offer another suv that worked out great for our trip. From beginning to end, Dalton represented the Enterprise brand very well.
