It was terribly filthy with pollen, and he did a lot of prep work before the wash, which made it actually come clean. He also told me about their membership option, which will really work for me because I don't have a place where I can wash my car. He was very professional, and very polite, and I will come back again and get the membership, as well, because of his excellent service and professionalism, but also because he was such a nice guy!!
