  Was extremely disappointed. They tried to charge so much for a simple fix. Only thing needed was an AC stretch belt replaced and they claimed our vehicle was a "rare" case and tried to charge over $1300 to replace a belt. Said it needed a coolant flush, needed to recharge the AC refrigerant and was going to be over 4 hours of labor because the drive belt needed to be removed. I really hope they weren't trying to take advantage of my boss who doesn't know much about cars. Also considering we had just used them to fix something on the same van amd charged us over $2k claiming we needed a master cylinder and a new hydroboost system. Bring it to Midas. They fixed the belt in under an hour and only cost $200. Be very careful and do your research before allowing them to work on your cars. They wanted to over charge by over $1000 for a simple belt fix.

  Not our best experience even though we have been going to Speedee ever since moving to the area. It was busy but no one ever came out to our car like they usually do. This may be related to their new scan in technology at the front desk but I feel like some signage is needed outside as well as inside. The wait wasn’t terrible but when I went to pay, without my coupon, it was going to be double what I usually pay. I said they didn’t put synthetic in it did they?(even though my window sticker from my previous oil change at the same location clearly says “5W-30”.) He said no and then worked to charge me the correct amount and while he was working on correcting my bill amount I asked if they had the correct oil on my window sticker? He assured me they did, so we finally pay the correct amount (which was great with the help of a coupon) and when I get to my car, sure enough, the sticker lists a synthetic oil which is also what my receipt reads. So who knows what is really in my care. Maybe I paid for regular and I got synthetic and I should consider this a win but I just can’t….

  My car broke down at the entrance to one of the lanes and was unable to be moved for 9 hours. The staff went out of their way to try and find the issue and resolve it for free, and were very generous to offer me an Uber ride home if the tow truck wasn’t able to get there and to leave my car there overnight. Everyone was very friendly and supportive in my long wait for towing and never once complained or made me feel like an inconvenience. Of all the places to be stuck for 9 hours- this one was probably the best case scenario!

  Amazing! My AC went out and I brought my car in without an appointment. There was one car ahead of me, so they offered to get me an uber home to wait and then called me one when it was done so I could come pick up my car. Super kind people and phenomenal service!
