Stop being afraid of your employees. The people you hire act like it's a nightclub. Loud and obnoxious. The bathrooms regularly have urine and sometimes feces on the floor and wall. Just because you tell them to check the bathroom it doesn't mean it gets done

Also truck have difficulty parking because car are cutting thru the truck parking area instead of going to the traffic light. It's like walking in the middle of the freeway.
