  This was my 1st time renting a Penske Truck for a move as I have always used U-Haul in the past. The Home Depot off of Magwood Dr in Charleston was close to where I was moving in Charleston so I decided to give them a try. From start to finish, the entire process was easy and ran so smooth. I reserved a 16' Penske truck a week in advance online and said I would need it from 9-4. The day of my rental, I showed up at the Tool Rental area on the right side of Home Depot. Sabri took down my information, verified my DL, had me sign a form and gave me the key to the truck in the parking lot. The truck was in perfect condition and drove smooth.They say the gas tank is full when they give it to you and to please return it with a full tank. The tank was over the full line and when I went to fill it up before returning it, I couldn't even fill up $20 worth of gas. That was a very pleasant surprise.:) I wrote down my ending mileage before returning the keys when dropping it off and that was it. They take a $300 deposit at pick up and I was re-imbursed the difference when I returned the truck. Rate I paid was $39 + mileage and it was very reasonable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, a great truck rental and I would absolutely go with them again.

  Super helpful staff at the counter, easiest rental I've ever gotten. 5 minutes in and out. Truck was easy to drive and very comfortable. Dropoff was simple and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely rent from them again at Home Depot.
