  Would’ve originally been a 1 star because manager Sarah doesn’t know how to take care of your top tier customers but at return manager Ethan really owned the customer experience and made up for it. I made a reservation for a premium car multiple days in advance and when I got there I was offered exactly what was in Executive lot which was a Nissan Rogue or a Yaris. There were many premium/luxury vehicles on the lot but she told me those were reserved for other people. What makes them much more important than someone who spends thousands of dollars a year with you??? I had a sour taste in my mouth so I returned my car early and picked up a car with Avis whom I also have top tier status with. Sarah needs some more training on how to handle situations like this.

  Because I am an elite traveler, I was a little bit confused with my very specific need for a Van to drive six people to a funeral out of town. The lady at the Emerald aisle on Saturday night, July 18 help me work through what would work for my family. She was amazing!! The lady who checked me out of the booth helped me add extra drivers to the folio. Also very pleasant and kind! When I turned the vehicle in the gentleman who checked me in could not have been nicer. Using my name, asking me about the experience and the vehicle itself. Three great encounters with three amazing employees at National. I’ve traveled all of my career and this was a home run. Good job. By the way, the car was terrific. We had a Chrysler Town & Country and six very tall adults drove four hours each way to a family funeral very comfortably. The car had all the bells and whistles and we all want one now. Thank you for a great experience National CHS!
