  National is a solid company that strives to take care of its customers from the beginning to the end. Great selection to choose from. Vehicles are clean, like new, and up to date. I always enjoy my experience being able to make my selection and drive off. And, they will work with you to solve issues that occasionally arise. I strongly encourage you to try the National Car Rental experience! I'm certainly glad that I did!

  Bypass the counter and go strength to the parking garage to pick you car from Emerald Isle. Love this service! Last time I came to CHS and National was out of cars. I had to stand in line T Avis counter for 90min before getting my car key.

  Really good service from pick up to drop off. Drop off crew were super helpful, even taking our luggage out the car for us! Would recommend National over some of the others. Service is alot better and clearly something they strive to do better than the others.

  Rented a Toyota Corolla in Charleston for drop in Nashville, 16 days. Excellent service, easy pickup. Driver side front tire had a slow leak, went flat in Fairhope AL. Friendly people inflated the tire and referred us to an excellent tire shop. Mechanics found tire could not be repaired. I bought a new tire. I called Customer Service of National ar rental, got good advice. Car ran fine to Nashville. Rental Return manager was great, I gave him a receipt for the new tire and the old tire itself. He adjusted our charges to reimburse us for the new tire. Bottom line: unfortunate tire problem, National handled it well.
