- NENikolaus Ewoldt1 day ago1.0I'm extremely disappointed with Enterprise. When I returned the car in June, I immediately reported a rock chip and was told by the manager not to worry that the windshield already needed replacing. Then, weeks later, a claim was pushed through anyway. That is totally unacceptable. This is not how you treat customers or run a reputable business. I would like this claim reviewed and corrected. As it stands, I have lost trust in Enterprise, and I won't be using your company again. Keep it direct and factual. Skip the insults. They just give the company an excuse to ignore you. But that keeps the bite. I tried calling multiple times and was ignored, then given a number where I got the runaround. They told me only the branch manager could reach them, while the manager said to have them reach out to him. I'm stuck in a loop. This level of service is unacceptable.
- SLSuphakrit Lertkitcharoenvong3 days ago5.0Had a great experience renting a car with Collin. Even though the car that I booked was not available, he managed to work through that and got me an alternative upgrade with a discount. He is really responsible and explained all the aspects of my rental car really well. Had a really great pleasure doing business with him!
- JSJulia SavichOct 7, 20265.0Some amount of flexibility from both sides, us with accepting a car we didn't plan from the start, and renter with prices and fees made a very good deal!
- EGErin GSep 16, 20261.0They do not answer the phone or have any way to leave a message. They do NOT have much of a fleet or selection of vehicles.
- MRMisael RodriguezSep 6, 20265.0Didn’t have what I needed but were very nice and accommodating.
