When I returned it, the gentleman at the desk stayed late for me to make sure I got it returned and able to get in my personal car. Great service, nothing but good things to say about enterprise.

Had an 8am reservation and when I arrived they had no cars available which defeats the purpose of a reservation (yes like the Seinfeld episode). Was given no notice that were no cars available so was forced to wait for over an hour for the next car to become available. The other two locations in Mt Pleasant do an excellent job and we decided to give this location a try since the location was convenient for our trip. Never again
