- TKThomas Kimball6 days ago1.0So they might pick you up or they might make you stand outside in 100° weather for 15 minutes for your ride, after you bring the car back with a full tank of gas. My disabled Aunt just had to wait outside for her ride because they wouldn't let her wait, because they were closed. Don't know about the rest but that's not good service in my book.

I watched every single person get a rental before I was told there are ‘No car available’ and was kindly escorted outside the store as they locked the doors behind me. Imagine reserving a specific product for a specific time and being told it and no other options are available. Insulting
