Ford rented a car for me since mine had to stay at the dealership, had the car for two days dropped off yesterday at ford, an enterprise employee went to pick up the car, I left my tennis racket inside the car by mistake and noticed today since I had my class in the morning, called them they said I could stop by until 6pm to pick up my racket, drove all the way there for them to not find my racket anywhere. I have rented car from multiple places, I only forgot something once, a stroller which I was able to get it back same day. I can’t imagine how someone can look inside see a racket and not think let’s contact the last person that rented. It’s a $400 dollars racket and the fact that they told me I could come in to pick up to not find it blows my mind. Also manager Sarah was very dismissive , implying racket could have been stolen at ford dealership because they have over 200 employees I spoke with the guy a have worked for the past year and he said you named Melvin is the one that park the cars and he is 76 years old I don’t think he will find any use for a tennis racket. I will say, don’t trust this branch, go to a different one. I’m still waiting for someone to take responsibility for this.
