  Things got off to a rocky start due to miscommunication from the company's customer service, but the team here really worked to remedy the situation. Thank you Gwen for taking measures to remedy the situation. You are terrific!

  They tried to charge me $50 after I returned their car exactly how they asked (1/2 tank of gas). On the day of picking up my repaired car and dropping their rental car off, I was unsure if I needed to drive the rental to pick my car up and leave it at the repair shop (because Enterprise sent a driver to get me initially) or drive the rental to Enterprise and have their driver take me to my repaired car. So, I drove to Enterprise and asked the nice employee if leaving it there and having them take me to the repair shop was what they preferred. She told me that they were shorthanded and to just drive the rental to the repair shop and leave it there and Enterprise would pick it up. So, I did that, along with topping the tank to 1/2 full, and they tried to charge me $50 after the fact. Thankfully, my bank stepped up and dismissed that charge.

  I recently rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location and got the vehicle I requested, a 1500 Silverado for 11 days, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, had a full tank of gas, and was ready to go when I arrived. The pickup process was quick and efficient, which made everything even easier. What stood out the most was how much this location has improved. I rented from this branch a little over two years ago, and my experience back then was disappointing. It’s obvious this location is now under new management because it runs like a well oiled machine. The staff was organized, professional, and everything seemed to operate smoothly. I also want to recognize the blonde employee who is expecting. She was incredibly informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental experience feel easy and stress free. Her customer service was exceptional. I’m extremely happy with my rental experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again. It’s great to see such a positive turnaround.
