  The Enterprise location at Charleston Airport has room for improvement in terms of organization and efficiency. During our visit, there appeared to be only one staff member assisting all customers, which led to a long wait after arrival and resulted in a very long line and a rather disorganized process. After a flight, most travelers hope for a smooth and efficient pickup process, so having additional staff available would likely create a much more comfortable experience for customers. It would also help if vehicles were prepared in advance before customers reached the counter, rather than handling everything one at a time during busy periods. Overall, the experience was okay, but better staffing and preparation would significantly improve customer satisfaction.

  Check in was a breeze, locating the car was clear and straightforward. Car was clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shoutout to Isaac at Enterprise in the Charleston airport — seriously, give this man a raise. I walked in to pick up my car and he was running a one-man show with a line building up fast. On top of that, he was dealing with a couple of extremely difficult customers who were giving him a hard time for no good reason. And through ALL of it, he stayed calm, professional, respectful, and efficient. Not once did his attitude slip. He handled the pressure like a pro and still made sure I was taken care of quickly and kindly. That kind of composure and customer service is rare. If anyone from corporate is reading complaints — just know not everyone agrees. From where I stood, Isaac went above and beyond in a tough situation. 5 stars all day. 👏

  Terrible experience. Will not be renting from Enterprise again when traveling. Local rental, yes, but never again when traveling. A 1.5 hour wait to get a car at CHS is unacceptable. Not a car in the garage; one minivan shuttling three am to shuttle 3 drivers to the off-site lot and bring them I. To the garage. Kudos to the attendants working in the garage as they suffered with grace through the harrowing situation clearly affected by Management.

  I rented a car with this branch back in October. I was charged for an extra day that I was told wouldn’t happen. I have been calling customer service to get this fixed since October. I have called over 15 times at this point and no one has given me a call back to get this fixed. Every time I call, the representative tells me that they have submitted a ticket and that the manager of the Charleston branch will call me back. I am extremely frustrated and upset with their lack of response especially after I have called multiple times. I was even told one day that the refund was processing and would be in my account shortly. Nothing has happened. I have always had great care and no issues with enterprise but this experience has been awful. All I am requesting at this point is a call back from a manger to discuss this rental. I was recently told to complete a complaint on their website. I have done this and still no one has reached out to me. In fact, I have submitted multiple tickets since October.
