  Car had no spare tire. Luckily after 1500 miles we did not need it. Renting one from airport was costly. Car $178.00 plus $155 in airport/city taxes, fees for a week.

  This car rental had issues from the very beginning The reservation was made over a month ago. The vehicle I "reserved" wasn't available. In fact they had zero cars and only vans and SUVs. They upgraded me to an 8 passenger SUV as I preferred this over a van. The interior of the vehicle was very dirty and had 3 dents in the driver side door. Once I was 600 miles from home the real issues started. It started with headlight malfunctions, then turn signals, and finally I was getting a system network malfunction and to inspect the vehicle immediately. I was assured that with the 2500 vehicles available at Charleston Airport they would get me in something comparable, guaranteed. They had a 5 person SUV or a van available. These are not equal to the CX90 they had me in to start the trip. I now have to pack everything I had in an 8 passenger SUV into a 5 passenger vehicle. I did not want to drive a van 800 miles home. Overall if I could give enterprise negative stars for this trip I totally would.

  A wonderful experience with Enterprise at Charleston Airport! The attendant was friendly and helpful. I will rent from them again! Five stars easy!

  One way rental from Port Canaveral, FL…staff was very friendly and quick to get rental contract completed, and we were informed that the vehicle was not full but advised to take a picture of the fuel gauge and fill it back to there. We noticed that the right front tire had abnormal wear on it, but looking around at their other vehicles they did not have another full size SUV it did not seem, so just loaded up and headed out, at 75 mph the vehicle started shaking…not violently but definitely noticeable and if it weren’t for the fact that we were just tired and trying to get home I would have called and had the vehicle switched out. Then to add insult to injury we were charged almost $50 for refueling when we dropped it off on the same amount of fuel that we picked it up on! We dropped off at this location because otherwise I would have had to keep the vehicle until Monday.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about April at Enterprise in Charleston, South Carolina. On May 29, our family of five found ourselves in a stressful situation when our flight home to Minnesota was canceled and no flights were available until Sunday. We had originally rented through another company, but the cost and deposit required to get us home were not feasible. From the moment we spoke with April, she was kind, empathetic, and understanding. She listened to our situation and quickly found a solution, helping us secure a larger vehicle that made our unexpected 21+ hour drive home much more comfortable. What impressed me most was her genuine care and attention to detail. Before we even reached the garage, she had arranged for the back seats to be folded down so we could easily load our luggage. After a stressful day of canceled flights and changing plans, that thoughtful gesture meant a great deal. April’s compassion, professionalism, and exceptional customer service turned a difficult experience into a positive one. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, April, for your kindness and for helping our family get home safely!
