  The service was excellent and the vehicle was perfect! I love Enterprise and will always use them for my rentals they always go out of their way to make sure your experience is great!

  Amazing service I have to say ThankYou to Jenny for an amazing experience. Very helpful customer service above par. I had a very bad experience with the neighboring rental company and showed up in a foul mood and this employee put me at ease not because I got what I wanted, but because she communicated everything not just what she thought I wanted to hear. Thank You Very Much!! You really made that easy.

  Special experience. Shawna at the Charleston airport really went above and beyond to help me at least three times at the airport. Her smile was uplifting and kindness was infectious. First she gave me extra time to unload my rental car of all the baggage including my boxed bicycle. She asked, "is there really anything you need help with" I said I needed a luggage cart. With her magic wand she really made one appear! It was really a miracle for all the my bags and my bike. So happily I was rolling along to the elevator to ticketing when I couldn't access the elevator because my bike was too wide to get passed the cement pylons. Shawna to the rescue. She recognized an old man in distress. She offered to give me a lift to check-in. It was truly a miracle. Shawna has such outstanding customer service. And as a customer, I was dumfounded of how exceptional she truly is to help me smooth out these tricky situations. Thank you dearly and and please recognize a real star ⭐⭐⭐ Shawna⭐⭐⭐

  My wife had to fly out to Charleston for a family emergency, and needed a car to get to Greenville to visit family in the hospital. I booked the reservation before she took off from Seattle, $413 for 5 days. Expensive, but that's what it is. When my wife landed, Enterprise informed her that the price was over $100 more than we had agreed to pay on our reservation, which stated it included all fees. The employees refused to honor the original agreement, forcing my wife to have to take a Greyhound to visit her sister in the hospital. Thanks Enterprise. Thank you for making it harder for my wife to get to her sister in the ER. This will be the last time we ever rent a vehicle from you or your brand.
