Bryan came across as dependable, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the repair taken care of properly.

- JJJCAug 18, 20265.0I started taking my older car to Dinkins‘s pre-Covid when I first moved here. They are very honest about what’s going on with your ride. They will tell you, “hey you’re gonna need to have this done within this amount of time frame and I don’t see the point of doing this and charging you,” for example rotating tires when you’re gonna need new tires by a certain timeframe. And then I got a new car that has all the bells and whistles and had no reason to take it car to them and made me sad. I even stopped by to talk to Joe about buying a new car before I did and I really appreciated it. It was like talking to a brother (I have none so just guessing). He runs his business the way I run mine. Honestly and fairly and not charging for things not needed. now that I have bought a 2013 car for my 16-year-old son, and I’m super excited to have them service it because they are just the best.
