I had already been to several Advance Auto Parts stores around town, and no one was able to help me with my issue. I was getting frustrated and almost gave up. When I came to this location, William took the time to listen, figure out the problem, and went above and beyond by helping install the part in my car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the young lady working with him. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and had a great attitude. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
