Repairs were completed as promised and all seems to be well. Thanks for getting me in and out on a very short term notice.

Very welcoming atmosphere and kind staff! Micah answered my call and worked us in for a much needed oil change before a road trip. I had two young children with me and was thrilled to see such clean bathrooms, a coloring table for kids, candy bowls and decorations for upcoming Halloween, and a tv and popcorn machine! But most importantly they were fair and reasonable and did the service exactly as needed! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others. Their expertise shows!

The water pump went out on my 2015 Ram. The staff and mechanics at Taylor’s were quick to diagnose all of the parts affected and get them ordered. They had my truck back to me in a day and a half and it is running great!

Fantastic service at Taylor's Auto! They did an outstanding job on my truck—quick turnaround, fair pricing, and top-notch workmanship. Honest mechanics who get the job done right the first time. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else in the area. 5/5!!!

⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5 Stars) I thought I had found a home for all my cars and mechanical work. They did a good job on my F-350's heavy-duty front-end work, but watch your wallet on routine maintenance. They will provide an estimate beforehand, but if you don't read it line-by-line, you will get fleeced on parts markups and labor. They charged me **$212.38 for two basic radiator hoses**, plus **$330.48 in LABOR** just to install them (which sit right at the front of the engine). That is over $540 for a simple hose swap. They also charged $71 in labor to change two lightbulbs. When I called the manager to ask for a fair adjustment on the ridiculously priced hose labor, they refused and gave me the oldest lie in the book: *"We can't do a partial refund because the card is already run through."* Anyone who uses a modern card machine knows that isn't true. Heavy mechanical work? Sure, if you want to pay top dollar. Routine maintenance? Run the other way and find an honest independent mechanic.
