  My car was towed to Mavis after a tire blowout. Heather went out of her way to make sure my two front tires were replaced the same day even though they were understaffed and overbooked. Heather and the tech that worked on my car are greatly appreciated.

  We bought four new tires from Mavis in Chapin about a month ago, and this week when we happened to be shopping in the Publix shopping center next door, we came out to a flat tire. I looked up, saw where we were, and suggested we go see if they could help since we just spent a lot of money there recently. Heather was understanding and accommodating, and after finding the screw that was embedded in the tire, which also wouldn't hold air, she made time to fit us into the technicians' schedule for the afternoon. They were able to patch it within a few hours and we came back for it. We were lucky that it was just a patch and not a replacement, and Heather really seemed to care about helping, so we thank her for that!

  As we were driving from Myrtle Beach to Tennessee before our stop home, our car had a tire blow out on the interstate. We were able to get the tire off the car and googled the closest tire shop. We were blessed to be connected with Mavis tire shop. They worked us in even though they had a full schedule. Not only did they work us in, but they even had an exact match to our tire! We were so fortunate that Heather and her crew helped us out! We cannot thank them enough.

  I was on a roadtrip back home when my tire started losing pressure fast. Even though the team was busy, the manager I believe it was David, took it upon himself to patch my tire at the end of the day on a Saturday! He was so kind and didn’t even charge me. Thank you Mavis team you all are a lifesaver!

  Heather was fantastic! I arrived about an hour early for my appointment and fully expected to wait. She immediately welcomed me, reviewed the reason for my visit, and made me feel valued as a customer. I had forgotten to write down my mileage, and she quickly reassured me not to worry because she would get it for me. I mentioned that I was going to walk to Publix to pick up a few things and would return later. When I came back, my car was already being pulled out and was completely finished. Although the phones were ringing and all the service bays were full, Heather maintained her friendly attitude and positive energy. She recognized me right away, greeted me as I walked in, and said, "I was just calling you—your car is ready. I made sure to get it in since you had an appointment." Way to go, Mavis, for respecting customers' appointment times! And a special thank you to Heather for providing such outstanding customer service. She truly made the experience a great one.
