  We are so impressed with the new Mavis Tires & Brakes in Chapin, SC. Thomas at the front desk was outstanding in ensuring my car was seen quickly and the repair was completed professionally. We will not hesitate to go back for all our automotive needs!

  Thomas absolutely saved my life, not even kidding. Got my trailer's tire blown up and nowhere to go. He welcomed me when the store was low on guys, did the job himself. Store is clean, everything was fast and done perfectly. Can't stress this enough, this guy is the reason why things still work. Guys like Thomas with stores like his. Thank you team! Thank you Thomas. God bless you man.

  Excellent customer service and 4 tires installed and balanced less the 90 minutes. Returned the next day for 25 mile re torque on lug nutsc2ith less then 15 minutes wait. Nice establishment.

  I had a great experience at the Chapin MAVIS location. I was contacted promptly after making an appointment by Heather, who made sure the business and I fully understood the work to be performed. Upon arrival, I was confident that the parts would be present and the work requested would be done. Thomas did a great job of keeping me informed while I waited. I was presented with a recommended work sheet. No high-pressure sales tactics were used. I received a detailed, factual explanation of the condition of my vehicle. I truly appreciated that. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of all of the MAVIS supervisors and employees I observed. This location is well run and each person involved with my experience performed their duties superbly. I will be returning to the Chapin MAVIS in the future. I highly encourage others to give these great people a chance to earn your repeat business, as well. God Bless

  I had a slight emergency while trying to get out of town, and the team at Mavis Tire in Chapin truly went above and beyond to help me. Thomas and his crew were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They got me in and out much quicker than I expected and made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and I genuinely appreciated how well they took care of me. Highly recommend Mavis Tire of Chapin if you want fast, dependable service from people who truly care!
