They have on 2 occasions not put my skid plate on right so it was damaged. Talking to customer service is a waste of time along with management and the owner. Switch to Jiffy by Publix! Valvoline will never get me or my family’s business ever again!

Also, they checked my brake lights, turn lights, headlights and tire pressure. I am very pleased with Valvoline's customer service.

That's when it wasdiscovered it. Honestly I wasn't that upset everyone makes mistakes. I just took it back and asked for a refund. The manager said he couldn't give refunds and I had to call corporate. I guess you don't know much about a place until you ask them to fix a mistake. They refused a $50 refund. I would not take my car here. They will leave the oil cap off your car. It will spray all over your engine. Then not even give you your money back for the oil change. I.honestly hate to leave reviews like this. I feel sure it's going to cost them more than $50. They have lost me has a customer.
