  Found our tire place out of state. Needed daughters car tires looked at locally and I called this location for some help. They told me what time they had opening and have my daughter come in and not to worry that they will take care of any issue. She got there, they did the inspection thoroughly, found issue causing the small leak. Went ahead and checked all tires to make sure they were good and found another small nail that they removed. Not being in-state to help daughter, this crew did a great job. Bailey (hope spelling is right) was a big help!

  I just wanted to give the gentlemen at this location a compliment. I requested each of their names due to the amazing customer service I received. All too often as a woman we are talked down to when it comes to any kind of vehicle maintenance or repair but Aiden, Vincent, Charlie, DJ, and Bailey were all kind, knowledgeable, and informative. They exemplified what customer service should be and are assets to the Mavis brand! If you need any tire services, oil changes, or other services offered go see them, you will not be disappointed!

  I came in with two tires that kept going, flat, and only had to wait 20 mins for a technician to get to it. Aiden was very honest and helpful at the start, and Vinny found the problem in just a few minutes when another car shop was unable to. They promptly fixed the tires and kept me updated the whole time. Would highly recommend!

  We went to Mavis two times since recently moving to the state. We had a great experience both visits. The first was for a screw in the tires and then we came back to get all new tires and alignment. The staff was friendly and professional. They communicated clearly what they recommended and prices. Reasonable prices, too! We will be back!

  Couldn’t be more appreciative of these guys!!! I had an issue at ANOTHER auto shop that resulted in my oil pan being busted, and these guys took such great care of me. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even took me out to my car to explain exactly what needed to be repaired, walked me through how they fixed it, and then showed me the final product so I could see for myself that everything was taken care of. Their mechanic, Jon Doe, was actually about to leave for the day when he heard about my issue over the phone. He decided to stay late because he knew exactly how to complete the repair, knew he could do it fast and efficiently and ultimately wanted to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of customer service and genuine care is hard to come by! I seriously can’t thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers!!
