  I would have given a five if he had cleaned all the glass fragments inside the car that’s what they’re advertising said. Also, they said they would clean all the windows in their advertising and only did the front windshield that they reinstalled.

  A great experience at this location, when I walked in the door I was immediately acknowledged, the work done was expedient and excellent, and the staff member (Mr. Melton) who repaired my windshield was great!

  Communication was great, service was quick and were all very professional! I would definitely trust this location for repairs/glass replacement. Insurance luckily covered it, but even if they didn't, the price wasn't terrible for replacement and recalibration of all the "stuff".

  Booked an appointment two weeks in advance but got a phone call the day before they were supposed to come replace a windshield to tell me the car was too old and I would have to come to them. The car is a 2009, something they knew when I made the appointment. Will find someone more honest.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I trusted Safelite with my car, and I regret it. I’m a huge car enthusiast, and I take great pride in keeping my vehicle in excellent condition. I have clear before-and-after photos showing my paint before the windshield replacement and the damage immediately after removing the tape exactly as I was instructed to do. The technician told me to leave the tape on for two hours. When I removed it, it ripped the paint right off my car. I called multiple times on Friday after it happened, but no one answered. I called again Saturday and Sunday with the same result. By Monday, after being ignored all weekend, I went to the store in person looking for help. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt dismissed and wasn’t believed. Rather than acknowledging the damage or trying to make it right, I was left with the impression that nothing was going to be done. I also felt like I was being led to believe there was some kind of recall on my car’s paint, but I have found no evidence that such a recall exists. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says everything. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to take responsibility completely destroyed my trust in Safelite. As a fellow car enthusiast, I personally would never trust them with another one of my vehicles. If you genuinely care about your car and the condition you keep it in, I don’t think this is the place to take it. Based on my experience, I left feeling like they didn’t care about my vehicle or making the situation right. I have before-and-after photos documenting exactly what happened, and that’s why I cannot recommend Safelite to other people who take pride in their cars.
