  They are way overpriced for the attitude.. Walmart is always friendly and great customer service.. Trey was the nicest thing about the experience there..

  I came in to get a new set of tires mounted and balanced, along with an alignment. Trey and Tonya was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the service. Everything was completed and the customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Express Oil Change.

  Trey had excellent customer service. He met me outside as soon as I arrived and was very attentive. Prices for oil change and tires was very affordable. I will definitely be back.

  I made an online appointment for 1:30 pm. When I got there, no one was in the lobby. I waited for 5 minutes. I was then told to just pull up behind other cars waiting. I didn’t get into the bay for my “express” oil change until nearly 2:00 pm, which threw me off my schedule. I was then told it was over $130 for an oil change for a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. I didn’t receive any advanced notice about pricing and it’s not listed on the website. So I left without getting any service done because I felt taken advantage of. There were only two technicians working, which made it an even slower process. Tonya, the technician that helped me, was also not very welcoming and short with me. Overall this was a terrible experience for a first time customer and this will definitely be my last visit and I won’t recommend anyone to this establishment. I was told this location has been open only 6 months and it shows.

  Tonya B is super sweet! Very helpful! Very polite and has the best customer service!! Will be coming back again! The team also was very kind and fast.
