- NGNohely GuillenMay 4, 20261.0A family member of mine went to this store since it was the nearest where they had a flat tire. This family member ONLY speaks Spanish and was glad to see that a lady working there (Luz) had a tag on saying she spoke Spanish. Well, she was not friendly, did not want to answer questions & when asked to help look for a certain item, she was rolling her eyes and making sounds with her mouth as if she was bothered. After my family member called me and told me their distasteful experience here, I called and Luz picked up, gave attitude for asking her name and then lied and said the manager was not there. But I was not about to get of the phone without any information for a manager, she then put me on hold & next thing I know the manager (Shane) was on the phone. He was nice enough to listen to what happened to my family member and said he would talk to Luz. This is completely horrible customer service from her part. Would definitely suggest hiring someone who would actually want to help your Spanish speaking customers!
