  Went in with a screw in the tire , was told a time of 20 minutes waiting time , had just left the store with groceries. About 45 minutes later tire was fixed and the didn't charge me , Thank you very much.

  Women beware... I'm sure I was taken advantage of. I went in for a tire plug/patch (within the safey limits- finding out afterwards) only to end up almost 3 hours later with a new tire.

  We were 17 hours from home and woke up to a very low tire on our rental car. I called the closet place to us and they got us right in for a patch job. Super kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

  I got my tires rotated at Mavis. Not only did they throw in an inspection while they were rotating them, they did it all free of charge and very quickly. Highly recommend.

  I had a really great experience at my local Mavis Tire and felt it was worth taking the time to leave a detailed review. I came in with a tire issue that I was honestly expecting to turn into a bigger headache, but the team handled it quickly and professionally from the moment I pulled in. They got me checked in without any hassle, and the staff was immediately friendly and easy to talk to. Instead of just rushing through it, they actually took the time to look everything over and explain what was going on with the tire. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need—they just focused on fixing the problem the right way. The repair itself was done faster than I expected, and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. Everything was handled properly, and I left feeling confident that the job was done right the first time. It’s not always easy to find a shop that balances speed, honesty, and solid workmanship, but they definitely delivered on all three. What stood out the most was the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. That goes a long way, especially when you’re dealing with car issues. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Mavis Tire to anyone needing tire work or general service. Fast, reliable, high-quality work, and a team that treats you right—can’t really ask for more than that.
