  Stopped by to have a tire inspected for a slow leak. They patched the leak in no time. Also asked for a tire rotation. Both were done in no time flat. The service was top notch and everyone was super friendly. Now I have a tire shop for all my vehicles.

  I had a great experience at Mavis in Boiling Springs. Huge thanks to the team for getting me a trailer tire at the last minute on a Friday when I really needed it. Anna and Shawn were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate it—thank you!

  My wife and are lifetime customers at Mavis from now on. Every experience has had the best customer service for years now. Today I spilled Groucho’s Formula 45 under the seat of my months old car and didn’t have a tool to remove the seat bolt at home. I drove straight to Mavis and they removed the seat so I could clean under it free of charge, no questions asked in and out in under 20 minutes. It’s about the customers and not the profit at Mavis.

  I had a nail stuck in one of my tires and stopped by Mavis expecting to pay for a repair. To my surprise, they fixed the puncture completely free of charge.

  Do NOT take your vehicle here unless you want to wait over an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. There is no need in even making an appointment, the time will not be honored by this store. They get to you when they get to you.
