  I was so overwhelmed with thinking I had to buy a tire the day before vacation! I went into Mavis and spoke with Nicole. She was so kind, pleasant and professional. They were able to patch my tire instead of me having to buy a new one. They got me all taken care of quicker than expected and the service was great. I would definitely recommend

  Absolutely the best tire shop I’ve ever been to! The service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. They didn’t try to upsell me or recommend anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The prices were fair, the work was excellent, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service, quality work, and honesty like this. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy tire shop, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  Never again. Hour and a half for one tire. Then they don’t have nitrogen and filled up my tire with air. It clearly has green valve stem caps. No receipt paper. They said they could do an oil change but couldn’t. Staff unapologetic. Definitely not coming here again.

  I scheduled an appointment on Friday for Sunday at 11:00 AM to have four new tires installed and get a wheel alignment. I arrived on time at 11:00 AM, only to be told that my tires had not arrived yet. I was not notified beforehand that the tires were delayed, so I had already driven to the store and planned my day around this appointment. I waited and continued checking with the store, but by 3:00 PM — four hours after my scheduled appointment — the tires still had not arrived. At that point, I decided to cancel the entire service and requested a full refund. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the biggest issue is the lack of communication. If the tires were not going to be available for my appointment, I should have been notified before driving to the store and wasting four hours of my time. Hopefully the refund will be processed without any issues, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. A confirmed appointment should mean that the necessary tires are available, or at the very least, the customer should be informed about any delay in advance.

  Not a good experience. Have always used Discount Tire but decided to use Mavis Tire as it was much closer. Had an eight AM appointment to have the right front tire pressure sensor replaced. We noticed the tech had the left front wheel off and we questioned this. Employee seemed offended by our questioning this. Tech supposedly scanned all four sensors and told us the two rear sensors were also bad. We told them to replace just the right front and they did.Their charge was $129.00 less taxes. We went then to Discount Tire and had all four sensors scanned and they did not remove any wheel. We had two different ones do the scans. Both said the left rear sensor was fine but the left front and right rear needed replacing and we agreed to this. They charged $138.00 less taxes for BOTH. Mavis Tire for one $129.00. Discount Tire for two $138.00. So unfriendly employees plus higher prices and missed diagnosis equals lost customer than owns four vehicles. Update. I did receive a reply from corporate and they wanted me to call them. I did call them and tell them my story.
