  We have a membership since we are near saltwater quite often, so we wash the vehicles at least once a week. The car wash does a decent job. There are always plenty of clean towels and the vacuums are so powerful. We pay less for a monthly membership for both our vehicles than we did for one car wash at a full-service wash (where they vacuum it out and clean the windows, albeit, not well) and it was always at least an hour before it was finished. Granted, we have to do a bit of work ourselves, but doing it so often it rarely actually gets very dirty, inside or out now and we can be in and out in under 15 minutes, usually a bit less.

  I needed to vacuum my car, without a car wash. I couldn't go through the wash due to having a rooftop carrier. Zoe was great! I explained what i needed. She helped me get into the vacuum lot safely. Zoe gets 5 stars for being friendly, helpful and looking like she enjoys her job!

  I have had my complaints about Zips but today the personal service was exemplary. I’ve been a monthly member for years. Today the scanner did not read my bar code and the gate did not lift. Jenna came to my rescue. She diligently assessed the problem. Apparently, Zips changed software platforms and my account got bumped. Jenna said she’d take care of it. By the time I went through the wash and started drying my vehicle, she came to me with a solution. She informed me I’d save $5.00/month, as the Pro membership was reduced. I appreciate people who care and go the extra mile to serve customers. Thank you, Jenna.

  Marquis was very nice and helpful…he just got you zips car wash a new costumer. The place was very nice and cleaning. Thank you for my wonderful experience with great customer service.

  I am consistently annoyed with this place. My biggest issue is that they do not spray the car with water before it is washed. The attendees claim that it is broken when you ask; that happens too often then. At any rate, washing a vehicle without water is like lathering body wash on dry skin. You can do it, but it’s not effective. It shows on the car when you’re drying it; the patches of dirt still on it. The machines can also scratch your car. I would recommend you wash by hand. Also, the vacuums are often broken, though recently they haven’t been. And as someone has mentioned, the drying clothes are either wet or dirty.
