I got my car washed on Buckwalter. It's the best Zips as far as I'm concerned. Chelsea couldn't have been nicer. She actually went beyond my expectations! She offered to wash my mats for me. Which was so sweet.

The vacuums at the Buckwalter wash were not very strong, one of the hoses didn't stay connected.

I’ve been a customer for several years at the Buckwalter location in Bluffton, South Carolina. For a couple of years, I noticed a decline in the quality of service and cleanliness at this location. I must say that this place has improved dramatically over the past few months. I want to commend the person who is in leadership here now for he or she has done because it is indeed noticeable and much appreciated Now I can begin recommending this facility to others once again! hopefully you will be able to pass this along.

Chelsea was amazing as soon as pulled up!! Talked me into the monthly package🙂 I thought my welcome was coming to an end, but Chelsea wasn’t rushing me!!!! She offered me a popsicle, a lending hand 🤚and got my necklaces untangled from my rear view mirror, like a champ!!! What a lovely young lady to be so kind, helpful and accommodating. 😊 Warms my heart ❤️ knowing kindness, compassion and just friendly people still exist is the awful world 🌎 Wish I could score her 💯 ++++++ Looking forward to visiting Zips again, knowing Chelsea will be there to welcome 🤗 me
