  Back in June, my wife found a beautiful blue fire colored Volvo. The next morning we drove to their dealership after speaking with a sales rep, as we were about 2 hours away. As we spent time on the sale process the car disappeared from our view, we were told by the salesman that the car was going to be detailed (cleaned up in the sense of vacuuming, car wash, wipe down, etc.). We at least expected a car wash as the car was covered in water spots (our naivety). Once the sale was completed we noticed the spots were stil there, again (our naivety), as we thought the spots were just due to the car wash and hadn't been wiped down. We drove home, and after a more thorough inspection realized these spots were etched in. This was also verified by three local detail shops, not dealerships or car repair shops, but shops that do nothing but specialize in this sort of restoration. We had the restoration done and as you can see WOW! The pictures tell the story. Now the review portion, last time I checked the Volvo brand competes directly with entry-level luxury makers like Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc. The simple fact that a dealership of this caliber would have a car on their lot, for sale and knowing it has this cosmetic damage shows the lack of any attention to detail, pride, workmanship or consideration for the brand. The car is a CPO and the CPO certification does not require any criteria for the cosmetic aspects, as Volvo CPO focuses on the mechanical aspects. Though the cometics are not required for CPO, didn't take any ownership of leaving a beautiful vehicle in this condition, and I would question since they knew this, why? I call this pure laziness and again lack of any pride in the product you are selling. My advice, be sure to review anything this dealership presents you with. If they close their eyes to this what else?

  I’ve tried calling the parts department at least 10 times on different occasions and never. NEVER can I get ahold of anyone the first time. I have to call over and over and over and then when they do finally answer it’s like you are bothering them.

  Bought a Tesla Model Y here in April 2025. Everything seemed fine at the time, but the dealership failed to file the legally required IRS time-of-sale report for the clean vehicle tax credit. I only found out when the IRS sent me a notice over a year later disallowing my $4,000 credit — a credit I was fully eligible for. When I contacted the dealership, they told me there was nothing they could do, despite the failure being entirely on their end. I’m now having to file complaints with state regulators to try to recover what their mistake cost me. If you’re buying an EV here and plan to claim the tax credit, get written confirmation that the time-of-sale report was actually submitted — don’t assume it was handled.

  Traveled from Charleston to this dealership to purchase a used 2018 Infiniti QX50.Upon arrival the sales person started car and drove it over to where I was standing immediately I heard a noise that sounded like one of the rear tires did not move when the other three did.I got in the vehicle the radio was turned up and was only allowed to test drive around the parking lot of the dealership. My daughter who was sitting in the back seat asked for the radio to be turned down.When we got out my daughter asked me if I heard the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle I told her I did.The car also had a mildew smell inside a Crack in the panoramic sunroof and damage to the body of the vehicle as well.After numerous calls and texts from them to get me there to purchase this vehicle? Shame On You!!! Women Beware!!!

  This dealership is excellent! We worked with Stephanie and Aaron who are both extremely professional and friendly! There was no pressure from the get go and they went out of their way to help us purchase the car that we had our eye on. All of the staff that we encountered during our purchase were all knowledgeable and friendly as well! A great experience all around!
