  Safelite was referred to me when filing a claim through my insurance company. It was super easy to schedule an appointment and I was happy with my service. I choose to have my technician come to my location. They were great with communication, from calling me to confirm my appointment to telling me they were on the way and where they were at in my service. Everyone in their staff is friendly. It was quick and efficient, I would totally use them again!

  Called me 1 hour before my appointment to cancel stating that the class they had received yet this morning was damaged. This is the third time that Safelite has either no showed or canceled me within an hour of my appointment

  The technician Harry was excellent at what He does. There’s an unwritten passion that can’t come with training or an employee handbook. For the most part after meeting Harry- His level of confidence and know how made me feel comfortable with him, I felt that my vehicle was in good hands. On the occasion I did come out to check on Him there as always notable progress, and at every step He filled me in on what I missed and what the next step were….Harry had already prepared me with the approximate length of service; and because I have an older model vehicle- it took every bit of the 3 hours He stated earlier. Thank you Harry you are most definitely valuable asset to Safelite

  Just had my windshield replaced at their shop in Bluffton, SC. From the initial phone call to 3 days after, their customer service has been flawless. In a world of terrible customer service, this has been a real breath of fresh air! When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly, their documentation was ready and they called the tech to tell him I had arrived. He welcomed me to their clean lobby where I could have a seat and enjoy coffee or water. When the tech came, he introduced himself with a smile, asked for my fob and reassured me he would take care of it. In the meantime, I received progress reports via text. When he was done, he pulled up to the front, came and got me and showed me the new windshield and that he had put my rear view mirror back with my ornament and what my do's/don't are for the next 48 hours. He was very professional and with a smile said thank you and good bye! I walked away very impressed that this quality of service still exists!!!! In the next two days I received reminders of my do's/don't allow with their appreciation. They are great!!!
