  Safelite replaced my windshield in my driveway. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. They gave regular updates on my scheduled repair and options to reschedule if needed. The technician, Nolan, was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew the precautions and time frame before he left after he completed the repair. I'll always use Safelite as long as they are an option through my insurance.

  A simple glass replacement (side door glass) for my Audi turned into a nightmare. A 60-90 minute replacement took 4.5 hours at my house and nothing was done except scratched frame, missing screws and no window installed. Took it the next day into their shop and was told it essentially was fixed, it was not. I then had to take it to an auto body shop that had to order replacement parts that were broken ( regulator and motor etc) and as of today 10/9/26 is still not fixed. The original technician admitted he had never worked on an Audi replacement…then why send him? Very disappointing and still not resolved

  They vandalized my wife’s Mercedes. Ripped the fabric on the roof strut and moulding is hanging. Got black grease all over headliner and trim pieces. Rearview mirror mount hanging. Camera not reinstalled properly and hanging. Rain sensing wipers, collision alert and cruise control not working and I think they bent a wiper arm as they act odd now. Other than that they replaced my OEM with aftermarket without even telling me or giving me an option to pay the difference. AVOID

  I needed a windshield replacement after a rock cracked mine on the highway. My insurance company defaulted to Safelite and I set up an appointment, despite some questionable reviews. Unfortunately, the install was very poor. They ruined the molding around the windshield. It’s crinkled and no longer waterproof. Nor did they mention it to me. The left trim piece is no longer flush with the surrounding areas. Photos attached. Also, glass shards were left on my dash (abother photo). I’m also hearing more sounds from the engine bay than before. The numbers on my HUD display also look squished despite the aftermarket windshield being labeled as suitable for an HUD. It’s clearly not OEM quality. Very disappointed all-around, but lesson learned!
