  Eric was very helpful and got me in promptly for my flat tire repair (even before my appointment time). This is my first time coming to Mavis & I will absolutely be coming back in the future!

  I dropped off my F150 with 305/55/20 tires for a swap. They called and said they couldn't get the center caps off. I drove back over to pick up the truck, and it turned out they were using the wrong size Allen key. I grabbed the right one and had the caps off in under 5 minutes myself. Took the truck back and they told me they'd replace the tires first thing in the morning. Got a call at 4pm saying they didn't have the machine to change the tires, and after pulling the rims off they couldn't get the old tires completely off. They put the old tires back on and I left with nothing done. These are no huge crazy tires. I had them changed at another shop 4 years ago with zero issues. Two days wasted and nothing accomplished. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location can't even get a center cap off with an Allen key.

  This place is just not run well at all. Went to get tires replaced on my truck and the guy at the counter told me to “do my own research.” It’s your job to sell me tires man… anyways I had them ordered to this location bc the online ordering was easy, I dropped my truck off at 10am and was told it would take 3 hours. After 4 hours of no updates I called and they said it would be ready at 3pm (5 hours later). I arrived at 3:45 expecting it to be ready and they hadn’t even started on it yet. Don’t come here, it’s really quite terrible

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Tim Garvin. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, honest, and efficient, and they made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Mavis Tire, and if you have the chance, ask for Tim Garvin. He truly goes above and beyond!

  We had a really bad experience here. Absolutely would NEVER go back or recommend. They had a new guy working on my car that completely slashed it wide open on the side while attempting to remove (I just came in to get a nail hole plugged). Then they had to order a replacement that took days to come in and it was the wrong size. They scheduled an appointment for replacement but when I called to confirm they had no record of it. Next they scraped up my wheel and tried to return my car without my lug nut covers as they couldn’t find my covers and I had to go to the dealership at that point. Not a good situation. Lastly greasy hand prints all over the inside of the car and marks on the side or the car where they were working. I have photos. 😚
