  We just had an oil change and a tire rotation done. We watched the mechanic only rotate two of the four tires. The mechanic proceeded to tighten all the lug nuts and tell us that he rotated all four. He blatantly lied and told the manager he changed all four. My husband demanded to see the cameras. The mechanic did not change all four only rotated two. Do not use this facility for any car maintenance. They Have poor judgment and are unethical. The employee lied and did half a job.

  There is a guy that works here by the name of Denzel that is Top-Notch. Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years I rearly receive excellent service by my standards. Few months ago they were changing my oil and the plug was stripped. It was a Saturday so they told me to come back Monday when the technician could fix it. I did and it was fixed immediately. I was put at the front of the line. Today I came here for oil change and they gave it to me for free. All done with a smile and without being asked if they could do it for me. I don't really know any other place that's serving people like that in America right now. 10 out of 10 stars for me

  Highly Recommend! I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Ashley and Jeremy were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They took the time to go over my options and helped me find the best price on my new tires, which I really appreciated. They also checked my brakes and were very upfront and honest about what they found. I never felt pressured into paying for anything I didn’t need, and I really appreciated their transparency. It’s hard to find a place you can genuinely trust, and I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers.

  I was looking for a last minute oil change and chose this location because the website said “full synthetic normally $95” and there was a $15 discount making it $80. I expected to pay a little more at an express location for the convenience. When I went to pay, they said it was $130. I asked to talk to the manager and they honored the price on the website. The disclaimer says prices may vary by location, but it’s hard to believe Bluffton SC has such high costs that it’s $30 more than an average location. Seems like a bait and switch hoping people won’t complain. Other than this the service was quick and thorough but the pricing soured my experience and won’t be going back.
