    Awful customer service - we have rented 2 cars in 6 months through them. Took over an hour to be picked up - we are 20 minutes away. We called we were told another hour. Will never rent again from them.

    Merrilk Foune in the Bluffton location is the best she has great customer service and always has a smile on her face. I would recommend anyone to the Bluffton location you wouldn’t be disappointed all the staff is great and everyone keeps a face on their faces.

    I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I always felt informed and taken care of. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the woman who managed my account, but she was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me, answered every question I had, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, kindness, and customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Thank you to the entire Enterprise team.
