- MNMark Nixon1 day ago5.0I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I always felt informed and taken care of. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the woman who managed my account, but she was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me, answered every question I had, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, kindness, and customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Thank you to the entire Enterprise team.

- BAB AzadApr 18, 20261.0Dirty vehicles, poor customer service, and extremely disappointing management. Every time I rent from them, I end up having to wash, vacuum, and wipe down the car myself. They simply spray water on the exterior and pass it off as a “cleaning.” On top of that, management has canceled reservations at the last minute. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would rather drive 20 minutes to HHH than rent from them again under the current management. I would give zero stars!
