I had an excellent experience here! From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She immediately arranged for a technician to inspect my truck and they quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Everything was explained clearly, and the repair was completed much faster than I expected. I was especially grateful because I was on the road with a load and didn’t have an appointment. Even so, they understood my situation and fit me in right away so I could continue my trip without a long delay. The pricing was very fair—better than many other shops I’ve been to—and the quality of service was outstanding. A huge thank you to everyone at this shop for your professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs truck repairs!

I do a lot of business with Vanguard Truck Centers in Beech Island. The guys are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Special shout out to the manager Luke and parts associate Terry for always going the extra mile to help me.

I left my 2026 model Volvo here because it had a problem, but they couldn't figure out what the problem was. They probably just erased the fault and gave it back to me. Two days passed, and I'm stranded again; my truck won't work. Damn Volvo, I'm so disappointed.

Customer service is amazing I went there for a tail light and the manager went out of his way to get me a tail light so I can get on the road as soon as possible.
