  Got an oil change. Had to wait quite a while, but got good service. Shout out to Cristian. This is the 3rd time he has been my customer service tech. He is professional and speaks truthfully about what he sees going on with the car and his recommendation for the most reasonable way to fix it. He is knowledgeable about car issues. He is not pushy. Very refreshing! Thank you, Cristian!

  I have to shout out the service manager, Emily. She's got a great attitude, excellent people skills, and is one of the most kind people that I've met in the automotive service industry. When we approached her shop with an unusual issue she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to help us out.

  I recently had my oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and overall was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and completed the oil change efficiently. They also informed me of an issue with my windshield washer fluid reservoir and noted it on my receipt, which I appreciated. They showed me the new oil on the dipstick after the service, giving me confidence that the work was completed. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the usual checks, such as testing the lights and turn signals, were not performed during my visit. On a positive note, they honored the coupon I presented without any issues. Overall, it was a good experience.

  My name is letecia, I came to vavoline and met this really sweet lady Lauren. She’s maddd funny, maddd pretty, maddd politeeee, veryyyyyy great costumer service. Like yall she found a fire a wholeee nail in my tire and added extraaa air. You guys should definitely and let HEERRRRR LAUREN work on your car ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  The technician failed to reattach my skid plate properly after completing the oil change. It started dragging when I was a few miles away. (See the photo of it hanging on by 1 connector.) A Good Samaritan took it the rest of the way off so I could drive back there without causing further damage to my vehicle or becoming a hazard to other vehicles. When I returned, the manager acted as if it was no big deal. It took ~30 minutes for them to get it reattached. I was told that this was because they were understaffed. Being understaffed does not excuse carelessness. Their mistake could have caused a serious accident. I would avoid this location if safety is important to you.
