  Brought in a vehicle for an exhaust repair. Guy in the shop was adamant that it was a cracked exhaust manifold. They ordered a new one. Told me every single day it would be in and the truck would be done by lunch. Every day I got the runaround. Mechanics breaking studs, running into problems and even asked me to come in. Examined the old manifold to find there was no crack in it like he had said. They also ordered another part without asking me and charged me for it after telling me it only had a problem with the exhaust manifold. I get called about a week after they told me it would be done just for them to tell me the leak was "significantly quieter than it had been," which was a complete lie. Then he told me they put parts on without using a gasket. And to top it all off, the truck misfires terribly now and runs like absolute garbage. I'm one to forgive, but I advise anyone that needs an actual repair done by a competent business to not bring their vehicle here. There are plenty of better options in the Beaufort area. Unfortunately I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle here.

  We had a screw in our tire and needed a plug. Elizabeth was wonderful. We were fixed and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Elizabeth!

  Very satisfy with my walk-in, they handle my situation with my tires immediately , Customer service very courtesy and I waited less than an hour
