  I am very impressed with the staff at this Mavis. The store manager Brandon is very kind and knowledgeable. He makes sure the customer is informed and understands. As I was waiting in the lobby, I could over hear a conversation between Brandon and another manager King in which Brandon was acknowledging the great work that King and the other employees were doing. It’s nice to see a manager speaking highly to the other employees. It creates a comfortable and uplifting atmosphere for the customers. I would also like to give a shout to Nick for being fast yet efficient on my flat repair, I was in a rush and the great team at Mavis went above and beyond. Thank You guys!!

  i have an older car and it constantly gives me problems. Brandon got me in quick for diag, successfully diagnosed an issue w my purge valve. got her all fixed up and ready to go in about an hour. they have a waiting area as well with tv, toys, seating and usb outlets for charger. great shop, great people, quality work and family friendly. highly recommend!!!!

  What a refreshing surprise today. We came in for a quick tire rotation, fully expecting to pay for the service and it was free! In addition to that they were very helpful to identify the right tool we needed for removing the oil filter in the future. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will be back. Thank you to the Mavis Team!

  Avoid this Mavis. Always gone to Mavis but this was absolutley the worst visit in history. Show up 0800, place doesnt open till 0810. Whatever, mect thing you know the Hispanic man who runs the counter seems so incompetent its not even funny, your mechanic is late/no show yet you promise/scheduled 7 people in the morning that they could get the mech services yet the scheduling is screwed and your mech is a no show with 0 answers or solutions. The front desks excuse for the disaster was "we have a new manager and theyre still trying to figure things out". Thats not a valid reason/excuse for an incompetent shop. So never again, and if i were anyone else, take your buisness elsewhere.

  Stopped by for an emergency repair and Brandon Welch the store manager came outside immediately to help me and talk me through what’s going on with my vehicle. I have never had someone so polite and understanding from a shop before. Completely changed my mind on shops. Will be coming here from now on.
