I'm so impressed with this shop! They listen to what you need and take time to explain what the costs are and why they need to be done.

There are still good people in this world, and the staff at this Mavis location are some of them! I was traveling in the area and had a ruined and uncommon tire. After many phone calls, I finally located a tire that would get me home from another tire store. Mavis installed the tire from their competitor quickly and at a surprisingly low cost to me. The Mavis team worked with me thru the entire ordeal with kindness and compassion! From patient Sergio and the other knowledgeable and reassuring front desk manager to the cheerful and hard working mechanics in the garage bay, everyone worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I left with so much gratitude and made it home safely!

I want to thank Jacob and the team members for their amazing service. They got us back on the road after picking our boy up from parris island.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a business. On 3 separate occasions (1x AC repair and 2x alignment) I have scheduled a service and all 3 occasions after I show up I get told that the tech didn't show up today and they can't help me. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never give Mavis my business. 1st Occurrence: Scheduled AC service. I show up and get told the tech didn't come in today. No courtesy call to let me know that I won't be able to get seen. I ended up taking my vehicle to Firestone. 2nd Occurrence: Scheduled alignment. I get a call 10 minutes before my service. I am literally at the stop light before pulling in and get told the tech didn't show up today. I get told to reschedule which I did. 3rd Occurrence: Rescheduled alignment. I show up and get told the tech didn't show up again. Final straw which is why I left this review. Either this place has something against me or they only have one guy who does everything even though I can seen at least 5 to 7 people working every time I go there. Every encounter with the front desk seemed unprofessional and didnt care that they just wasted my time on multiple occasions. Firestone will now be my go to place.
