  Ive used Enterprise a lot from NY down to FL but the Beaufort SC branch is without a doubt the best location because of Payton! He is friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I was waiting in line to pick up my reservation and I watched as the 2 people in front of me treated him like garbage. Even with them being rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason, Payton was still patient and kind!

  I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with Jarvis Williams at the Enterprise location in Beaufort. On several occasions, I’ve had issues with my reservations being canceled and not being allowed to use discounts that I was eligible for. I’ve even had to get management involved to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, my experiences with Jarvis have left a very bad impression, and I personally would not recommend dealing with him when booking a rental at this location. However, I do want to make it clear that everyone else I’ve encountered at the Beaufort Enterprise has been absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, professional, and willing to work with me in any way they can. My negative experience is specifically with Jarvis and the repeated issues I’ve had when dealing with him.

  Payton at the Beaufort SC LOCATION where I live went above and beyond to satisfy me. The Orlando Florida locations would not answer the phones, and when they did everyone kept saying they were not able to swap my rental out do to check engine light issue being that it is an enterprise vehicle and I purchased it to take my family on vacation to Florida (5 hours away from where I lived)! I kept getting turned around and sent to the airport where there were numerous return full size suv just like I had, but again they said they didn’t have any vehicles. The airport?? Seriously! Mind you I had the rental from Thursday to Tuesday. At the closing of Monday a location had a mini van at 6:10pm so I drove this suv with check engine light on for days, I could get the mini van and drive back home to Beaufort early Tuesday morning. I didn’t want me nor my family to be on the side of the road, so we couldn’t do half of this things we planned!! Payton I want to THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

  Jarves Williams was excellent. He provided great customer service and fast service. Definitely would recommend this Enterprise branch.
