This was my first time going to the store & I went in to get my tires changed & my car looked over. I think for 4 new tires, i got a great deal. The manager Tim was awesome.He explained everything to me about the warranty on the tires,made me understand exactly what it covered & not once did I feel pressure to buy a warranty. My wait did not take long at all. Everyone was professional and treated me like a customer should be treated. I would recommend this store 100%.

Amazing service! Was waiting to get assisted with some free air and the associate Keith was doing an extremely thorough job assessing a tire for another customer. He was quick with getting air in my tires and giving me quotes for when I need to replace my tires, even gave me a replacement valve cap no charge. Very kind, thorough and efficient with his work. Will be coming here for all future needs, top notch customer service.

Purchased new tires yesterday, On my way to work and his morning, tire pressure light is on! Shop is supposed to open at 8:00am, it’s 8:10am no one is here! Shop not opened!… I will never recommend anyone use Mavis Tire!!
