  Devlin and the two associates were quick, friendly, and easy to understand. The service was much faster than I expected and they didn’t pressure me into buying additional things, which was refreshing.

  Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers did a great job helping us with our Volvo. We originally had the Volvo inspected at the Volvo dealership, and the dealership identified several repair items that still needed attention. Instead of having everything completed through the dealership, we brought the dealership’s inspection information to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to see what they could help us with. They were willing to work from the information we already had, talk through the remaining concerns, and help us get the needed repairs handled. They completed important work on the Volvo, including the rear brake and rotor work and the CV axle / shaft concerns. I appreciated that they communicated clearly, explained what they were doing, and helped us address the safety-related items without making the process harder than it needed to be. I also appreciated the follow-up after the work was completed. After the repair, we noticed a new noise near the steering wheel / front area when braking, letting off the gas, going over bumps, and turning the wheel left or right. Since they had just worked on the vehicle, that follow-up mattered. They did not brush it off or treat the job like it was over. They were willing to continue looking into it and help verify what was going on. That kind of follow-through matters when you are dealing with a vehicle that already had dealership-identified repair concerns. Overall, I appreciated the communication, the service, the follow-up, and the way they helped us get the Volvo back in better shape. I would recommend them for brake work, CV axle work, Volvo maintenance, and general repair needs.

  Everything was great, Gabby was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to sit in my car while they did the oil change and was able to watch them suck the dirty oil out and replaced it with new, which is a plus for me because previously at other places that I had oil changes they would say they changed the oil and when I checked behind them the oil would be black and not changed it's hard to find good people that you can trust to do the job that you pay for, so I really appreciate them showing me after everything was done that it's clean oil in there and that the oil filter was changed as well. I also received a discount because they were running a special, which is very appreciative. I will definitely come back again and I will recommend them.
